Real, Resilient, Ready to Rise
Hi, I’m Faye, the founder of Elevate Her — a fitness and lifestyle brand created by women, for women.
Right now, it’s just me behind the scenes, but my vision is bigger. I plan to build a space filled with female coaches who truly get it — who’ve walked through life’s messiness and still show up, stronger, wiser, and ready to guide other women home to themselves. But first, I want you to get to know me — the woman behind the brand, and why I do what I do.
The Story Behind the Coach
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer (CIMSPA) and currently studying for my Level 4 — so yes, I’ve done my qualifications, which is always really important to check when you are seeking out a coach. I’ve trained plenty of women, and over time, I’ve become deeply passionate about women’s health, not just fitness. Eventually, I’ll be specialising in pre and postnatal care and menopause, because I believe women deserve support through every chapter.
But the truth is, I didn’t end up here because of a certificate. I’m here because I’ve lived a life that many women will understand — maybe not in the exact details, but in the feeling of always having to fight to find space for yourself in a world that constantly pulls at you.
I grew up in a split household. My mum did her best to be everything for us while fighting battles of her own. My dad drifted in and out, and over time, out completely. School wasn’t much easier — I was bullied, moved schools, and always felt like I didn’t quite fit in. To make things even harder, I experienced sexual abuse around that time too. It took a decade to even say that out loud to my loved ones. I went through the legal process, and though justice was served, it didn’t really give me the closure I thought it would.
What it did do, though, was remind me that none of those events define me. They shaped me, yes — but they don’t own my story.
In my adult life, I found myself in cycles of unhealthy, and sometimes emotionally abusive relationships. I was also married quite young and have a child with someone whom I was with for nearly ten years, but it ended in divorce. Navigating new motherhood feeling largely alone, I struggled silently through what I now know was postnatal depression and anxiety.
That anxiety stayed, but so did something else: a quiet, growing voice that said, this is not the life you were meant to settle for.
So I got to work.
I spent a year in life coaching — thinking I was there to find business clarity, but what I really found was me. I processed years of trauma, started to heal, and began reconnecting to the version of myself I always wanted to be. A woman who chooses to show up, even when it’s hard. A woman who stops shrinking. A woman who builds a life of strength, purpose, and alignment — and helps others do the same.
Why Elevate Her Exists
I created Elevate Her for the women who feel like they’ve lost themselves in the noise — the kids, the job, the overwhelm, the guilt of wanting more but not knowing how to ask for it.
I know what it’s like to train hard, to go up and down with weight, to juggle injuries, childcare, life admin — and to feel like no coach really got it. Especially when they didn’t have kids themselves, or seemed to expect that I should schedule my day like someone without a little person refusing to brush their teeth or eat breakfast.
Elevate Her is my answer to that gap.
It’s not about having the perfect routine or pushing your body to extremes. It’s about coming back to yourself. It’s about sustainable change, building better habits, and creating a lifestyle where you are a priority — not just for fat loss or performance, but so you can live fully and show up for the people you love without running on empty.
You deserve to feel strong, seen, and supported — not just physically, but emotionally, too.
This isn’t just fitness. This is your reminder that you matter.
Let’s elevate her — you — together
